Direct Mail

This local credit union has grown to 17 locations and provides a loyalty program for their best members. The problem was that many of the enrolled members were unaware of the many benefits of the program. We designed a mailer package with a personalized letter outlining the program benefits but the star of the show was the credit card style personalized plastic membership card affixed to the letter and prominently displayed in the double window outer envelope.

A colorful insert was also included that promoted two annual giveaways exclusive to loyalty program members.
